Apolitano Urbina, César ManuelAlfaro Gómez, Exander Hernán10/19/202310/19/20232022https://hdl.handle.net/20.500.14414/18931El trabajo de investigación se realizó en el caserío de San Martin Distrito y Provincia de Otuzco departamento la Libertad, geográficamente consta con una Latitud Sur: 7º54’10’’, Latitud Oeste de Greenwich: 78º34’20” y una altitud 2641 m.s.n.m. obteniendo a una temperatura como máximo de 17.62 °C y una temperatura como mínima de 7.64 °C teniendo una precipitación de 786.6 mm/año y una humedad relativa de 71.65%. el objetivo fue evaluar el efecto de los diferentes niveles de estiércol de vacuno en el rendimiento y calidad de Lactuca sativa L. en San Martín, Otuzco, La Libertad. Para la ejecución del proyecto se utilizó el diseño estadístico de bloques completamente al azar con tres bloques y cinco tratamientos haciendo un total de 15 unidades experiméntales. Se procesó los datos generados por los programas de la prueba Dunnet, la prueba comparaciones Múltiples de Duncan a un P<0.05. Los componentes estudiados fueron: altura de planta (cm), número de hojas, peso promedio de la planta (gr), rendimiento promedio (kg/ha) y variables de la calidad (tamaño, color y libre de daños insectos y mecánicos). Los tratamientos en estudio fueron: T0 sin aplicación T1 aplicando fertilizante químico (urea a 70 kg/ha y fosfato di amónico a 80 kg/ha), los tratamientos T2, T3 y T4 se aplicó estiércol de vacuno con 3, 6 y 9 toneladas por hectárea. Llegando a las conclusiones que el tratamiento T1 que es testigo comercial obtuvo un mayor rendimiento en todas las evaluaciones estudiadas. Donde los tratamientos que se utilizó el estiércol de vacuno se obtuvo el mayor rendimiento en el tratamiento T3 de 6 t/ha.ABSTRACT The research work was carried out in the village of San Martin, District and Province of Otuzco, department of La Libertad, geographically it has a South Latitude: 7º54'10'', West Greenwich Latitude: 78º34'20" and an altitude of 2641 m.a.s.l. obtaining a maximum temperature of 17.62 °C and a minimum temperature of 7.64 °C, having a rainfall of 786.6 mm/year and a relative humidity of 71.65%.
