Conocimientos y medidas de prevención en embarazos en adolescentes institución educativa de Sarín-Huamachuco

Abstract
El presente estudio de investigación descriptivo, correlacional de corte transversal, se
realizó con el propósito de establecer la relación entre el nivel de conocimientos sobre métodos
anticonceptivos y las medidas de prevención en embarazo adolescente del 4to y 5to año de
secundaria de la institución educativa "Abelardo Gamarra Rondo", Huamachuco 2023. La
muestra estuvo conformada por 60 adolescentes del 4to y 5to año de secundaria, a quienes se
les aplicó dos instrumentos: primero un cuestionario sobre el Nivel de Conocimientos Sobre
métodos anticonceptivos y el segundo sobre las medidas de prevención en embarazo
adolescente. Para la correlación de variables se usó la prueba estadística correlacional R de
Pearson, concluyendo que el 40 % de las estudiantes tuvieron conocimiento deficiente sobre
métodos anticonceptivos, el 35 % conocimiento regular y el 25 % conocimiento bueno; en
cuanto a medidas de prevención en embarazo adolescente, el 85 % de las estudiantes fueron
adecuadas y el 15 % inadecuadas
The present descriptive, correlational, cross-sectional research study was carried out with the purpose of establishing the relationship between the level of knowledge about contraceptive methods and prevention measures in adolescent pregnancy in the 4th and 5th year of secondary school at the educational institution "Abelardo Gamarra Rondo", Huamachuco 2023. The sample was made up of 60 adolescents from the 4th and 5th year of secondary school, to whom two instruments were applied: first a questionnaire on the Level of Knowledge about contraceptive methods and the second on prevention measures in teenage pregnancy. For the correlation of variables, Pearson's R correlation statistical test was used, concluding that 40% of the students had poor knowledge about contraceptive methods, 35% had regular knowledge, and 25% had good knowledge; Regarding prevention measures in teenage pregnancy, 85% of the students were appropriate and 15% were inadequate
