Abstract
El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo Analizar comprehensivamente el cuidado de enfermería según las vivencias del adulto hospitalizado, se utilizó la fenomenología como trayectoria metodológica de la investigación cualitativa, basada en las ideas del filósofo Martin Heidegger, en su obra “SER Y TIEMPO”. El escenario fue el Servicio de Cirugía “A” del Hospital Regional Docente de Trujillo, donde se entrevistaron a 5 adultos hospitalizados que cumplieron los criterios de inclusión. Para la recolección de datos se utilizaron las técnicas de observación y entrevista. Los discursos obtenidos fueron registrados minuciosamente para su análisis y así comprehender la esencia del fenómeno. En el primer momento de análisis, se construyeron 4 unidades de significado, luego se procedió al análisis vago y mediano, para finalmente llegar al análisis hermenéutico. La presente investigación ahonda las ideas fenomenológicas según Heidegger sobre “ser y tiempo” específicamente del ser en el mundo en las que se encuentran inmersas los adultos en el proceso de hospitalización, el Dasein del adulto hospitalizado se encuentra contrapuesto por el ser impersonal de algunas enfermeras originando en ellos una pre-ocupación, que a su vez recibe apoyo de las personas que conforman su nuevo entorno, pero luego de la “caída” se lanzan al mundo y aprenden a sobrellevar la situación para su cura – cuidado, por tal razón se ve involucrado a ser en el mundo.
Description
The objective of the present research was to comprehensively analyze nursing care according to the experiences of the hospitalized adult, phenomenology was used as a methodological trajectory of qualitative research, based on the ideas of the philosopher Martin Heidegger, in his work "SER Y TIEMPO" . The scenario was the "A" Surgery Service of the Regional Teaching Hospital of Trujillo, where 5 hospitalized adults were interviewed who met the inclusion criteria. For the collection of data, observation and interviewing techniques were used. The discourses obtained were recorded meticulously for their analysis and thus comprehend the essence of the phenomenon. In the first moment of analysis, 4 units of meaning were constructed, then the vague and medium analysis was carried out, to finally arrive at the hermeneutic analysis. The present investigation deepens the phenomenological ideas according to Heidegger about "being and time" specifically of the being in the world in which the adults are immersed in the process of hospitalization, the Dasein of the hospitalized adult is opposed by the impersonal being of some nurses originating in them a pre-occupation, which in turn receives support from the people who make up their new environment, but after the "fall" they throw themselves into the world and learn to cope with the situation for their cure - care, for that reason they he is involved to be in the world.
