    Not there not being national concern that makes out injectors of laminar flow of water obliges businessmen to acquire the products from the foreigner to strong prices, and or buying national accessories to try to equal them, but that they do not count on the desired expectations neither with the adequate maintenance, using only mouthpieces that are expensive and inefficient; Causing waste of water and slippery floors to be the way out a too turbulent flow. According to the “Realidad Trujillana”, the number of ornamental fountains has incremented itself a lot, but due to the existing empiricism in this area, these works do not count with engineering judgment, existing incoherence between the design and the implementation. For such motive the necessary engineering for the improvement of the performance of an injector of laminar flow develops in this thesis, accomplishing a study and the system design, and implementing a proportional control to open loop using a PLC, a SCADA and a Velocity drive, for the realization of essays in laboratory with various injectors, modifying your dimensionless and operation parameters, to the obtaining of the proposed objective. Concluding that better the injector of the proposed for the obtaining of the laminar flow will have a diameter of 6 inches, the piping from entrance to the injector will be tangential with a diameter of 1 inches, and the way out of the flow will have a diameter of 10mm, the status of operation of flow will be of 15 to 30 l min and in status of angles it will be since 45 to 65.
