    In developing this thesis we challenge ourselves to innovate in research work and in order to contribute to the bibliography of our flagship Faculty of Law will address this issue, although it has been a subject not investigated in our country, but yes a lot of application and development in a lot of processes in the courts, which becomes somewhat contradictory. That is why we developed this work in a didactic way starting from what the civil process itself to thoroughly address the issue and limits of the theory of Dynamic Load Test in order to finally get to analyze comparative jurisprudence and doctrine, we think certainty that this work is a starting point for further study and discussion of this theory in our country. It should be noted that this thesis is not configured as a simple work dedicated exclusively to show or analyze what is the civil process in Peru, much less only to study which would bring the application of the Dynamic Load Test in Process civil; Well, on the contrary, we will analyze the implementation of the Dynamic Load Test and flexibility that brings the proper application of this institute in civil proceedings in Peru.
