    Evaluación del plan estratégico institucional del servicio de gestión ambiental de trujillo (segat) 2009-2011

    The present study of descriptive type outlines an evaluation of the Institutional Strategic Plan of the Service of Environmental Administration of Trujillo (SEGAT) 2009-2011, in order to establish the level of the same one, evaluating the actions carried out by this institution like: the efficient and environmentally sure handling of the municipal solid residuals, the increment in relationship of m² of green area for inhabitant like a strategy to minimize the effects of the climatic change at the same time that he/she offers a landscape urban attractiveness and healthy, the promotion and execution of education programs and sensitization as well as the control systems and inspection, the execution of the environmental normative to improve Trujillo's environmental quality. The data were obtained of the institutional memoirs of the SEGAT of the years 2009, 2010, 2011. Ending up determining an upward acting in most of activities carried out year to year, likewise he/she registered the implementation of new projects, for what we can infer that the level of the evaluation of the strategic plan of the Service of Environmental Administration of Trujillo is good, in spite of having an inadequate and insufficient registration of indicators.
