    The purpose of the research is to achieve a design procurement process to develop advantages within the company because now the university acquires products corporately, but only of the products greater economic value, which does not necessarily imply benefits in economic performance and financial company. The study design is not experimental, cross-sectional. The overall objective was to determine the incidence of Corporate Procurement Process in the Economic Results - Financial from UCV in the period 2013 -2014. The results indicated that the Logistics Division does not have autonomy to carry out their transactions which causes delay in procurement processes, plus the liquidity ratio would improve if the company include more purchases in corporate form as well take advantage of economies of scale, making more favorable prices relative to the market. It is recommended to launch a process design Corporate Purchasing where work properly each annual work plan of each university subsidiary, to determine how successful corporate acquisitions in an organized and systematic. It is recommended to set corporate policy, each subsidiary work correctly the Annual Operating Plan, in conjunction with the Department of Logistics, in order that the Plan not edit drastically during the year generating purchases of large quantities. In addition to improving collection policies, to increase the liquidity of the institution.
