    Deterioro ambiental de la ciudad de chimbote por actividad antrópica

    Evaluation of human activities of utilization and exploitation of the urban ecosystem of Chimbote (El Ferrol Bay) allowed us to determine the spoilage of environmental sustainability of the coast facilitating the planning guidelines. A environmental profile was elaborated. Activities of utilization and exploitation and their negative impacts on the environment al quality were identified. It was found that the territorial occupation horizontal pattern to utilize soils and the utilization of natural areas and wetlands and the soil leverage have cause negative impacts through gas and particulate material emission. Also the fish flour and oil demand was analyzed and “anchoveta” was diminished. And finally it was established that the anthropic activity has increased the incidence of respiratory and gastrointestinal diseases. A planning proposal based on sustainability criteria and including trends of demographic growth an alternate plan of soil utilization and technical assets of building and special treatment zones is presented
