    The objective of this research was to the implementation of continuous improvement of processes in deepening the process of purchase, sale, supply, internal planning and control; and to assess their influence on the management of the taps Star of David E. I.R. L. This application was developed in stages, taking as a basis the DFSS focuses not on methodology. In its first stage, described the processes and identified the main problems were: poor organization documentary, absence of indicators, record of relevant information manually, errors in payment vouchers, there is no management tools in planning of shopping from their sales; among others. In the second stage, the measurement was performed on current indicators in each of the processes using graphics and tables that allowed us to evaluate their behavior. In the third stage, we analyzed each of the processes and their indicators, determining the most relevant causes of the problems presented; and finally, raising process improvements. In the fourth stage, are prioritized improvements were developed and raised each one of them: Implementing 5S's, standardization process of sale and supply, training Plan - Sales Process, Information System and payments of staff, planning proposals and purchase, development and implementation of database for supply. And in the fifth stage, were presented the indicators and warranty actions more important to be able to sustain the improvements implemented. Finally, the validation of the improvements implemented and their quantification, has shown that it is possible to obtain best results of management, such as: the reduction of per cent of sales without payment vouchers to a 6,3 %, the 50% reduction of the filing cabinets of information with problems, and a benefit/cost equal to 1,92 .
