Item Clima organizacional y valores en la Empresa Gloria S.A. - La Libertad.(Universidad Nacional de Trujillo, 2013) Lucano Moreno, Isaac Leopoldo; Claros Aguilar, VioletaIn order to identify the relationship between organizational culture values with the Clima Organizacional of the staff working in the Company Gloria SA in La Libertad region, to this end was applied Organizational Climate scale to a group of 275 employees of Gloria SA and a values questionnaire to them. that met the inclusion criteria. Main Hypothesis stated that organizational climate influenced in a positive way on the values of Gloria SA The main conclusion found that no statistically significant relationship between the two variables, ie, organizational climate is related to organizational culture values: responsibility, tolerance, kindness and self-esteem. In terms of specific hypotheses found that interpersonal relations, the Management Style, Sense of Belonging, Retribution, Stability, Clarity and Consistency of the Directorate were significantly related to collective values Gloria S.A. Finally it is recommended to create workshops on organizational culture values to improve the organizational climate among staff working in the company Gloria SA. VII The purpose of this study was to determine the degree of relationship of organizational climate influence on the values of the Company Gloria S.A. Keywords: Organizational Climate; Values.
