    Caracteristicas de la prescripcion de medicamentos en el servicio de cirugia “b” del hospital regional docente de trujillo, en pacientes afiliados al seguro integral de salud, según indicadores del sistema integrado de suministro de medicamentos, durante los meses de julio, 2010 a junio 2011

    The undue employment of the medicines has big repercussions in the person and in the company, with consequences in his health and economy. The actors who take part in the suitable use of medicines are those that have the faculty to prescribe (doctors, odontologists and obstetricians), those that dispensan the medicine (personnel of the drugstore), and finally, the (patient) users. In the present work of investigation there decided the characteristics of prescription of medicines of the service of surgery "B" of the Regional Educational Hospital of Trujillo, in patients affiliated of the Integral Insurance of Health, according to indicators of the Integrated System of Supply of Medicines during the period of Julio 2010 to June, 2011. From a sample of 333 recipes, I manage to determine the average number of medicines for recipe of the service of Surgery "B", there being obtained an average of 5,85 medicines by recipe. There decided the average percentage of prescription of medicines included in the Petitonary Native of Essential Medicines in the service of Surgery "B", there being obtained a percentage of 90 %.There was obtained the average percentage of prescription of medicines in Common International Determination of the service of Surgery "B", the vual was 92 %. I manage to obtain the average percentage of antimicrobial prescribed in the service of Surgery B, being 20.35 %. In addition the average percentage decided of injectable prescribed in the service of Surgery "B" 80.8 % being obtained.
