    The present research work was to determine the technical feasibility of implementing an automatic control system retorts, for heat treatment of agroindustrial products. For the development of this study, we used a basic module consists of a vertical autoclave implemented temperature control system , whose components are: control system QD- PG UO8PG Motor Control System , 1451.4 type sensor , valve ¼ "Ø NPT proportional control and the temperature control element , installed in a vertical autoclave . The results showed the technical feasibility of installing a temperature control system in the possibility retorts programmed logic. Established a closed loop control system in the autoclave. Was developed and detailed the stationary autoclave automation for agro products. We evaluated control systems: MRAS system, STR transfer equations determining the temperature control system of stationary autoclave for agro products.
