    Sobrecarga de actividades y bienestar personal del cuidador de pacientes del Programa de atención domiciliaria, Hospital I Moche, 2024

    La presente investigación titulada: Sobrecarga de actividades y bienestar personal del cuidador de pacientes del Programa de atención domiciliaria, Hospital I Moche, 2024, ha sido realizado con el objetivo de analizar la influencia de la sobrecarga de actividades en el bienestar personal del cuidador de pacientes. Para comprender la relación entre las variables e indicadores se utilizaron los métodos analítico- sintético, inductivo- deductivo y estadístico, empleando para la recolección de datos, técnicas como la encuesta y entrevista, con sus respectivos instrumentos el cuestionario, la guía de entrevista y registro de entrevista. Además, se contó con la participación de la población y universo muestral de 35 cuidadores de pacientes del Programa de atención domiciliaria. Los resultados obtenidos del análisis realizado muestran que, la sobrecarga de actividades se manifiesta en el exceso de responsabilidades y desgaste físico- emocional, lo que influye en el bienestar personal, comprendiendo los malos hábitos alimenticios, inadecuadas relaciones interpersonales y escasa interacción social de los cuidadores de pacientes del Programa de atención domiciliaria, Hospital I Moche. Abstract The present research titled: Overload of activities and personal well-being of the caregiver of patients of the Home Care Program, Hospital I Moche, 2024, has been carried out with the objective of analyzing the influence of overload of activities on the personal well-being of the caregiver of patients. To understand the relationship between the variables and indicators, the analytical-synthetic, inductive-deductive and statistical methods were used, using techniques such as the survey and interview for data collection, with their respective instruments: the questionnaire, the interview guide and record of data. interview. In addition, the population and sample universe of 35 caregivers of patients from the Home Care Program participated.
