Item “propuesta de un plan estratégico para incrementar el nivel de ventas en la empresa corporación educativa nobel e.i.r.l.”(Universidad Nacional de Trujillo, 2015) Chávez Garrido, Cynthia Julissa; Romero Mori, LisbethThe present research called “Proposal of Strategic Plan to increase level sales for Corporación Educativa Nobel E.I.R.L.” has as its main objective to demonstrate that the proposal of Strategic Plan will increase level sales for Corporación Educativa Nobel E.I.R.L. This job begin by a formulating the strategic direction of the organization, where tentatively set the mission, vision, corporate values and strategic objectives based on the Balanced Scorecard Approach. Then we performed an internal analysis, determining strengths and weaknesses of the company; and an external analysis to establish Opportunities and Threats of the sector.With the information obtained we proceed with the Internal Factors Evaluation (EFI) and External Factors Evaluation (EFE). Then we perform the formulation of strategies using Internal - External (IE) Matrix, Strategic Position and Action Evaluation (SPACE) Matrix, Boston Consulting Group (BCG) Matrix, Grand Strategy Matrix and SWOT Matrix. The strategies obtained were joined in a Decision Matrix in order to keep strategies that are repeated more. Based on the strategic information obtained, the Strategic SWOT Matrix was created, where the strategic objectives proposed in the preliminary BSC were redefined. Next we developed the Balanced Scorecard and Strategic Map of the company, which will serve as a basis for the Deployment Strategy through Hoshin Kanri methodology; Projects obtained were selected for implementation by their impact on the Critical Success Factors of the company and its economic viability according to the resources allocated to the plan. Finally, Economic Evaluation of the Strategic Plan was carried out by simulating of three scenarios: Pessimistic, Moderated and Optimistic, for the optimistic scenario: NPV S /. 77,609.52, TIR 77% and B/C 3.03, for the Moderate scenario: NPV S /. 47,855.64, TIR 60% and B/C 2.25 and the pessimistic scenario: NPV S /. 41,572.16, TIR 54% and B/C 2.09.
