    El capital humano y su influencia en el desempeño económico de las microempresas de calzado del distrito El Porvenir.

    The aim of the present investigation is demostrate which is the influence of the human capital measured by the levels of formal and informal education of the micro entrepreneurs with the economic performance in the microcompanies of footwear in the district El Porvenir. For the obtaining of the information was two moments, the first moment is the documentary investigation and the second moment consists of fieldwork by the way of a survey to 83 drivers of micro companies; obtaining as result of the investigation a low level of economic performance obtained by the microcompanies of footwear, this result is influenced by the medium-low level of the human capital found in the micro entrepreneurs, explained largely by the low assistance to events of managerial training and little use of a computer`s record in the company, constituting by this way a bounding obstacle in the growth and development of the productive units of footwear in the district El Porvenir.
