Comparación in vitro de tres revestimientos dentales en la adaptación de cofias metálicas unitarias

| dc.description | The present study of applied, descriptive and cross-sectional type aimed to compare the adaptation of unitary metal caps made with Castorit super C coating (Dentaurum), Formula 1 coating (Whipmix) and Bellasun coating (Bego). The study population consisted of 48 unitary metal caps made of three different dental coatings. The copings were cemented into carved teeth and sectioned in the mesio distal direction to obtain all the palatine / lingual sections. The samples were taken under a microscope to obtain the values of marginal and internal adaptation at six different points. For the coating Formula 1 (Whipmix) the values were found (a = 167.88 ± 134.71 µm, b = 177.80 ± 32.80 µm, c = 195.09 ± 45.32 µm, d = 200.50 ± 53.25 µm, e = 189.28 ± 52.76 µm and f = 197.75 ± 133.34 µm), Castorit (Dentaurum) coating (a = 166.00 ± 75.48 µm, b = 197.76 ± 34.01 µm, c = 246.71 ± 58.72 µm, d = 260.75 ± 54.91 µm, e = 203.86 ± 45.74 µm and f = 268.00 ± 146.48 µm) and Bellasun (Bego) coating (a = 261.31 ± 191.53 µm, b = 228.37 ± 64.80 µm, c = 245.30 ± 72.24 µm, d = 254.84 ± 91.67 µm, e = 223.22 ± 56.29 µm and f = 264.73 ± 200.06 µm) . It was concluded that there is no significant statistical difference between the three coatings studied. | es_PE |
| dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de tipo aplicado, descriptivo y de corte transversal tuvo como objetivo comparar la adaptación de cofias metálicas unitarias confeccionadas con revestimiento Castorit súper C (Dentaurum), revestimiento Fórmula 1 (Whipmix) y revestimiento Bellasun (Bego). La población de estudio estuvo conformada por 48 cofias metálicas unitarias confeccionadas con tres revestimientos dentales diferentes. Las cofias fueron cementadas en piezas dentarias talladas y seccionadas en sentido mesio distal para obtener todas las secciones palatinas/linguales. Las muestras fueron llevadas a un microscopio para obtener los valores de adaptación marginal e interna en seis puntos diferentes. Para el revestimiento Fórmula 1 (Whipmix) se encontró los valores (a= 167.88 ± 134.71 µm, b= 177.80 ± 32.80 µm, c= 195.09 ± 45.32 µm, d= 200.50 ± 53.25 µm, e= 189.28 ± 52.76 µm y f= 197.75 ± 133.34 µm), revestimiento Castorit (Dentaurum) (a= 166.00 ± 75.48 µm, b= 197.76 ± 34.01 µm, c= 246.71 ± 58.72 µm, d= 260.75 ± 54.91 µm, e= 203.86 ± 45.74 µm y f= 268.00 ± 146.48 µm) y revestimiento Bellasun (Bego) (a= 261.31 ± 191.53 µm, b= 228.37 ± 64.80 µm, c= 245.30 ± 72.24 µm, d= 254.84 ± 91.67 µm, e= 223.22 ± 56.29 µm y f= 264.73 ± 200.06 µm).
