| dc.description.abstract | La presente tesis se realizó con la finalidad de analizar la influencia de la deficiente comunicación interna en la escasa participación de las actividades del club de madres Santísima Virgen de la Puerta, distrito Víctor Larco Herrera, 2023. Se consideró el tipo de investigación aplicada, el cual se tuvo como base a un diseño descriptivo, se ha aplicado los métodos y las técnicas de la investigación cualitativa y por ende cuantitativa, así como la muestra se conformó de 44 socias del club de madres; con las cuales se lograron aplicar dichos métodos: inductivo, deductivo y estadístico; técnicas: observación directa, entrevista y encuesta e instrumentos de investigación: registro de observación, entrevista y cuestionario. De los resultados que se obtuvieron en dicha investigación, se logra deducir que la deficiente comunicación a través de la falta de sinceridad y de apertura en diálogo, así como la falta de amabilidad y el compañerismo logran generar así deficiente participación en actividades que presenta el club de madres Santísima Virgen de la Puerta, distrito Víctor Larco Herrera. A través de la mencionada investigación proponemos brindar información, para así lograr implementar diversos programas que van a ir dirigidos a fortalecer los estilos de comunicación, liderazgo y trabajo en equipo de las socias en los comités del vaso de leche para buscar solucionar esta problemática social. | |
| dc.description.abstract | ABSTRACT This the influence of the National thesis was carried out with the purpose of analyzing the influence of poor internal communication on the low participation in the activities of the Santísima Virgen de la Puerta mothers' club, Víctor Larco Herrera District, 2023. The type of applied research was considered, which was based on a descriptive design, the methods and techniques of qualitative and therefore quantitative research have been applied, as well as the sample was made up of 44 members of the mothers' club; with which these methods were applied: inductive, deductive and statistical; techniques: direct observation, interview and survey and research instruments: observation record, interview and questionnaire. From the results obtained in this research, it can be deduced that poor communication through a lack of sincerity and openness in dialogue, as well as a lack of kindness and camaraderie, generate poor participation in activities presented by the club. of mothers Santísima Virgen de la Puerta, Víctor Larco Herrera District. Through the aforementioned research we propose to provide information, in order to implement various programs that will be aimed at strengthening the communication, leadership and teamwork styles of the members in the glass of milk committees to seek to solve this social problem. | |
