Abstract
El presente trabajo de suficiencia profesional tiene como finalidad dar a conocer la problemática de las condiciones de trabajo nocturno en la ciudad de Trujillo, es por ello, que los night clubs fueron los lugares de investigación, ya que es aquí donde se agrupa diferentes aspectos sociales tales como la discriminación y prostitución. Para esta investigación se tomó como objeto de estudio una muestra poblacional de 5 personas, que trabajan en los establecimientos nocturno. La metodología usada fue la base de la investigación, como parte de la antropología se recurrió al método etnográfico y etnológico, así como técnicas e instrumentos de investigación. Dentro de instrumentos se utilizó preguntas guía, libreta de campo, fichas, cuestionario de entrevistas y las técnicas se basó en observación directa, observación participante, historias de vida de las trabajadoras, entrevistas, testimonios. Como resultado se obtuvo que la mayoría de locales no cuentan con las condiciones de trabajo óptimas para sus trabajadoras, y que las mismas trabajadoras son marginadas económica y socialmente por la sociedad, al ser este considerado un trabajo informal y no poder estar bajo la tutela de las leyes que protegen a los trabajadores.
ABSTRACT The purpose of this professional sufficiency work is to publicize the problem of night work conditions in the city of Trujillo, which is why the night clubs were the places of investigation, since it is here where different social aspects are grouped. such as discrimination and prostitution. For this investigation, a population sample of 10 people, who work in night establishments, was taken as the object of study. The methodology used was the basis of the research, as part of anthropology, the ethnographic and ethnological method was used, as well as technical research techniques and instruments. Within the instruments, guide questions, field notebook, files, interview questionnaire were used and the techniques were based on direct observation, participant observation, life stories of the workers, interviews, testimonials. As a result, it was obtained that the majority of premises do not have optimal working conditions for their workers, and that the same workers are economically and socially marginalized by society, since this is considered an informal job and they cannot be under the guardianship of laws that protect workers.
