| dc.description.abstract | Objetivo: Determinar el costo de producción y la propuesta de tarifa para realizar el diagnóstico ortodóntico en tiempos de Covid-19 en consultorios privados de ortodoncistas en el distrito de Cajamarca, 2022. Material y método: El presente estudio es del tipo prospectivo, transversal, descriptivo y observacional. La muestra estuvo constituida por 10 pacientes con necesidad de diagnóstico ortodóntico, se ejecutó en los consultorios privados de ortodoncistas en el distrito de Cajamarca en el año 2022, dichos diagnósticos fueron realizados por 5 especialistas. Para el análisis estadístico se utilizó la estadística descriptiva como la media y desviación estándar. Resultados y conclusión: Se halló que el costo de producción fue S/. 204,13 ($ 53,01) establecido con la media, teniendo como valor máximo S/. 290,00 y valor mínimo S/. 155,00; mientras que el costo directo fue de S/. 95,60 ($ 24,83) y el costo indirecto S/ 108,53 ($ 28,18); asimismo que el tiempo de ejecución para realizar el diagnóstico ortodóntico fue de 88 minutos, datos con los cuales se halló el costo hora de los consultorios el cual fue S/. 72,20 ($18,75). | dc.description.abstract | Objective: Determine the production cost and rate proposal to perform orthodontic diagnosis in times of Covid-19 in private orthodontist offices in the Cajamarca district, 2022. Material and method: the present study is prospective, cross-sectional, descriptive and observational. The sample consisted of 10 patients in need of orthodontic diagnosis to be made in the private offices of orthodontists in the Cajamarca district in 2022, said diagnoses were made by 5 specialists. For statistical analysis, descriptive statistics were used such as the mean and standard deviation. Results and conclusion: It was found that to carry out the orthodontic diagnosis the production cost was S/. 204.13 ($53.01) established with the average, having a maximum value of S/. 290.00 and minimum value S/. 155.00; while the direct cost was S/. 95.60 ($24.83) and the indirect cost S/ 108.53 ($28.18); Likewise, the execution time to carry out the orthodontic diagnosis was 88 minutes, data with which the hourly cost of the offices was found, which was S/. 72.20 ($18.75).
