Abstract
La presente investigación tipo observacional, descriptiva y de corte transversal, tuvo como propósito determinar el nivel de conocimientos sobre uso de fármacos para control del dolor e inflamación pos exodoncia quirúrgica de los internos de estomatología de los hospitales nivel III del MINSA en el distrito de Trujillo, 2017.
En cuanto a la recolección de datos, se abarcó el 100% de la poblacion, previa coordinación con los directores de cada Departamento de Estomatología de los respectivos hospitales.
El estudio estuvo conformado por 40 internos, 17 de género masculino (42.5%) y 23 de género femenino (57.5%); de los cuales 9 son de la Universidad Nacional de Trujillo (22.5%), 17 de la Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego (42.5%) y 14 de la Universidad Los Ángeles de Chimbote (35%). A quienes se les aplicó un cuestionario, cuya validez se hizo mediante juicio de expertos y para la confiabilidad se utilizó el alfa de Cronbach, el cual tuvo un resultado de 0.74.
Los resultados obtenidos en cuanto al nivel de conocimiento sobre fármacos para control de dolor e inflamación pos exodoncia quirúrgica de los internos de estomatología es “Bueno” en 10.0%, “Regular” el 27.5% y “Malo” el 62.5%.
Se encontró que hay diferencia significativa según universidad de procedencia y no hubo según género
The currency descriptive, cross-sectional, observational study aimed to determine the level of knowledge about drug use for pain control and postsurgical inflammation of stomatology inmates at MINSA level III hospitals in the district of Trujillo, 2017. In terms of data collection, 100% of the population was covered, following coordination with the directors of each Department of Stomatology of the respective hospitals. The study consisted of 40 inmates, 17 male (42.5%) and 23 female (57.5%); of which 9 are from the National University of Trujillo (22.5%), 17 from the Private University Antenor Orrego (42.5%) and 14 from the Los Angeles University of Chimbote (35%). To whom a questionnaire was applied, whose validity was made by expert judgment and for reliability was used Cronbach's alpha, which had a result of 0.74. The results obtained in terms of the level of knowledge about drugs to control pain and inflammation after surgical exodontia of stomatology inmates is "Good" in 10.0%, "Regular" in 27.5% and "Bad" in 62.5%.
