dc.description.abstractObjetivo: La presente investigación es de tipo descriptiva transversal; tuvo como finalidad determinar el nivel de satisfacción con el programa de bienestar universitario de los estudiantes, docentes y personal administrativo de la Facultad de Estomatología de la Universidad Nacional de Trujillo, 2016. Material y métodos: La muestra estuvo conformada por 109 estudiantes de ambos géneros, 9 administrativos y 16 docentes, a quienes se les aplicó un cuestionario validado y que fueron seleccionados de acuerdo a los criterios de inclusión y exclusión. Resultados: Los resultados obtenidos en el nivel de satisfacción de los estudiantes con el programa de bienestar universitario fue muy alto en el 0.9 %, alto en el 20.2 %, indeterminado en el 66% y bajo en el 12 % y muy bajo 0.9%. El nivel de satisfacción de los docentes fue entre alto y muy alto en el 18.8%, indeterminado en el 68.7% y entre bajo y muy bajo fue 12.5%. El nivel de satisfacción del personal administrativo fue entre alto y muy alto en el 11.1%, indeterminado en el 88.9% y entre bajo y muy bajo en el 0%. Conclusión: El nivel de satisfacción de los estudiantes, docentes y personal administrativo de la Facultad de Estomatología de la Universidad Nacional de Trujillo en el año 2016, fue indeterminadoes_PE
dc.description.abstractObjective: The present research is of descriptive cross - sectional type, aimed to determine the level of satisfaction with the university welfare program of students, teachers and administrative staff of the Faculty of Stomatology of the National University of Trujillo, 2016. Material and methods: The sample consisted of 109 students of both genders, 9 administrative and 16 teachers, who were given a validated questionnaire and were selected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Results: The results obtained in the level of student satisfaction with the university welfare program were very high in 0.9%, high in 20.2%, indeterminate in 66% and low in 12% and very low in 0.9%. The level of satisfaction of teachers was between high and very high in 18.8%, indeterminate in 68.7% and between low and very low was 12.5%. The level of satisfaction of the administrative staff was between high and very high in 11.1%, undetermined in 88.9% and between low and very low in 0%.
