Abstract
El presente trabajo surgió a raíz de la observación participante, investigando como se desarrolla la dinámica de la participación juvenil laredina; es así como, con el propósito de conocer cuál es la situación juvenil actual, pues solo conociendo la realidad es que se puede accionar desde la sociedad civil y autoridades para una mejor injerencia en materia de juventudes. Es así que se realizó un diagnóstico juvenil a base de entrevistas. Trabajando con un enfoque cualitativo ya que se pretende conocer la realidad del fenómeno. Haciendo uso de métodos de recolección de datos como la observación participante, el análisis bibliográfico y la entrevista a profundidad para así poder lograr los objetivos de la investigación. Se encontró que los jóvenes tienen un bajo interés en participar en los partidos políticos, en cuanto a participación en protestas y movilizaciones la mayoría no ha participado en ninguna acción de este tipo, la mayoría opta por participar a través de organizaciones juveniles que es un tipo de organización asociativa y en algunos casos encaja en el tipo de participación ciudadana y/o política, Es así como se considera que el diagnóstico será útil para los jóvenes para que sepan lo que sucede en sus pares, y las autoridades tendrán una base para que tomen decisiones sustentadas para disminuir la brecha entre el gobierno local y la juventud para evitar que espacios como el COMUJUL se desactiven y sobre todo puedan atender sus demandas.
The present work arose as a result of participant observation, investigating how the dynamics of Laredina youth participation develops; This is how, with the purpose of knowing what the current youth situation is, because only by knowing the reality is it possible to act from civil society and authorities for a better interference in matters of youth. Thus, a juvenile diagnosis was made based on interviews. Working with a qualitative approach since it tries to know the reality of the phenomenon. Making use of data collection methods such as participant observation, bibliographic analysis and in-depth interview in order to achieve the objectives of the research. It was found that young people have a low interest in participating in political parties, in terms of participation in protests and mobilizations, most have not participated in any action of this type, most choose to participate through youth organizations, which is a type of associative organization and in some cases it fits into the type of citizen and / or political participation.This is how it is considered that the diagnosis will be useful for young people so that they know what happens in their peers, and the authorities will have a basis so that make sustained decisions to reduce the gap between the local government and the youth to prevent spaces such as COMUJUL from being deactivated and above all to meet their demands..
