dc.descriptionThe main objective of this thesis is to prepare the Environmental Impact Study for the Construction of the Osaygue Mungurral Carriageway - District and Province of Santiago de Chuco - La Libertad, in order to prepare said Study and comply with the Objective. Direct and Indirect Influence of the Project, with which the Physical, Biological and Socio-Economic Means were described in order to know the current situation of the area of influence. The Fisher Davies Matrix proposed by Vicente Conesa and the Matrix of Hierarchy of Positive and Negative Impacts proposed by Torres was developed, with the purpose of knowing the activities that generate the greatest impacts on environmental factors in both the Construction and Operation Phase. , significant and insignificant negative impacts were obtained as a result, developing the Environmental Management Plan to mitigate, prevent and minimize said impacts; with respect to the positive impacts, these were very significant, concluding that the construction of the Carrozable Trail is environmentally viablees_PE
dc.description.abstractLa presente tesis tiene como Objetivo principal la Elaboración del Estudio de Impacto Ambiental para la Construcción de la Trocha Carrozable Osaygue Mungurral – Distrito y Provincia de Santiago de Chuco- La Libertad, para elaborar dicho Estudio y dar cumplimiento al Objetivo se empezó definiendo el Área de Influencia Directa e Indirecta del Proyecto, con lo cual se describió los Medios Físicos, Biológicos y Socio Económicos con la finalidad de conocer la situación actual de zona de influencia. Se Elaboró la Matriz Fisher Davies propuesta por Vicente Conesa y la Matriz de Jerarquización de Impactos Positivos y Negativos propuesta por Torres, con la finalidad de conocer las actividades que generen mayores impactos sobre los factores ambientales tanto en la Fase de Construcción como en la de Funcionamiento, se obtuvo como resultado impactos negativos significativos y poco significativos, desarrollando el Plan de Manejo Ambiental para mitigar, prevenir y minimizar dichos impactos; con respecto a los impactos positivos estos fueron muy significativos, concluyendo que la construcción de la Trocha Carrozable es ambientalmente viablees_PE
