| dc.description.abstract | La presente tesis se realizó con la finalidad de analizar la relación que existe entre la participación ciudadana de las mujeres de los clubes de madres y la gestión de la Municipalidad Provincial de Cutervo – 2019. Se ha considerado el tipo de investigación aplicada, teniendo como base un diseño explicativo, y la muestra constó de 162 mujeres socias de los clubes de madres de la Municipalidad Provincial de Cutervo., con las cuales se trabajó aplicando los métodos y técnicas de la investigación cuantitativa (encuesta) y cualitativa (observación directa y entrevista). Los resultados de esta investigación dan cuenta que la a participación ciudadana de las mujeres de los clubes de madres contribuye en la gestión administrativa mediante la distribución de alimentos y contribuyen en la gestión del desarrollo mediante las actividades de limpieza y mejoramiento del ornato de la ciudad promovido por la Municipalidad Provincial de Cutervo. Finalmente consideramos que los resultados obtenidos demuestran que existe una correlación positiva significativa medianamente fuerte entre la participación ciudadana de las mujeres mediante los clubes de madres y la gestión municipal | |
| dc.description.abstract | ABSTRACT This thesis was carried out in order to analyze the relationship between the citizen participation of women in mothers' clubs and the management of the Provincial Municipality of Cutervo - 2019. The type of applied research has been considered, based on an explanatory design, and the sample consisted of 162 women members of the mothers' clubs of the Provincial Municipality of Cutervo, with whom we worked applying the methods and techniques of the investigation quantitative (survey) and qualitative (direct observation and interview). The results of this research show that the citizen participation of women from mothers' clubs contributes to administrative management through the distribution of food and contributes to the management of development through cleaning activities and improvement of the adornment of the city promoted by the Provincial Municipality of Cutervo. Finally, we consider that the results obtained show that there is a moderately strong significant positive correlation between the citizen participation of women through mothers' clubs and municipal management | |
