dc.descriptionThe present research was carried out with the objective of describing the job performance of healthcare professionals and its impact on user satisfaction at the Maternal and Child Center - Wichanzao, 2022. The design is correlational in nature. The research has a quantitative and qualitative approach, with a sample of 45 healthcare professionals from the Maternal and Child Center Wichanzao. Data collection was carried out using two instruments, namely the survey and the interview. The results obtained after processing and analyzing the data show that job performance has a positive impact on user satisfaction at the Maternal and Child Center - Wichanzao.es_PE
dc.description.abstractLa presente Investigación se realizó con el objetivo de describir el desempeño laboral de los profesionales de salud y su incidencia en la satisfacción del usuario del Centro Materno Infantil – Wichanzao, 2022. El diseño es de tipo correlacional. La Investigación tiene un enfoque cuantitativo y cualitativo, contó con una muestra de 45 profesionales de salud del Centro Materno Infantil Wichanzao. La recolección de Información se realizó mediante dos instrumentos, los cuales son la encuesta y la entrevista. Los resultados obtenidos después del procesamiento y análisis de los datos nos muestran que el desempeño laboral tiene una incidencia positiva en la satisfacción de los usuarios del Centro Materno Infantil – Wichanzao.es_PE
