dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación titulada “El desempeño parlamentario y calidad de la democracia en el Perú durante el periodo 2021-2022 y 2022-2023”, tuvo como objetivo determinar cómo incide el desempeño parlamentario en la calidad de la democracia en el Perú durante el año 2021 al 2023.La investigación es de tipo básica con un diseño no experimental con un nivel correlacional causal y enfoque cualitativo, siendo su finalidad comprobar la relación causal del desempeño parlamentario y la calidad de la democracia . La muestra es de 7 congresistas de La Libertad y Piura y de 16 expertos, y se aplicó los instrumentos de la guía de la observación y la guía de la entrevista para evaluar las variables. La investigación se concluye , que el desempeño del parlamento incide en la democracia de manera negativa por las aptitudes y actitudes discordantes al pensar, decir y hacer; por lo cual, se ha roto el equilibrio de poderes con el uso negativo de sus funciones.
dc.description.abstractABSTRAC The present research entitled "Parliamentary performance and quality of democracy in Peru during the period 2021-2022 and 2022-2023", aimed to determine how parliamentary performance affects the quality of democracy in Peru from 2021 to 2023.The research is of a basic type with a non-experimental design with a causal correlational level and qualitative approach, with the purpose of testing the causal relationship between parliamentary performance and the quality of democracy. The sample is made up of 7 congressmen from the Libertad and Piura and 16 experts, and the instruments of the observation guide and the interview guide were applied to evaluate the variables of parliamentary performance and the quality of democracy.The research concludes that the performance of the parliament has a negative impact on democracy due to the discordant attitudes and aptitudes in thinking,saying and doing; therefore, the balance of power has been broken with the negative use of its functions.
