dc.description.abstractObjetivo: Determinar el perfil del egresado de la Escuela de Estomatología de la Universidad Nacional de Trujillo, en el año 2016. Material y métodos: El estudio descriptivo y transversal incluyó una muestra de 201 estudiantes de Estomatología, a quienes se les aplicó una encuesta estructurada y previamente validada. Resultados: El 92% de los egresados de la Escuela de Estomatología de la Universidad Nacional de Trujillo está titulado y el 78.9% se encuentra habilitado para ejercer la profesión, el 57.2% se siente medianamente preparado para ejercer la profesión, el 84.1% elegiría la misma carrera y el 87.1% la misma universidad, el 95.1% se desempeña en el área asistencial, y al 48.3% le interesa rehabilitación oral como área de interés para educación continua, entre otros. Conclusiones: El perfil del egresado de la Escuela de Estomatología de la Universidad Nacional de Trujillo es: edad de ingreso 19 años y su edad de egreso 25 años, siendo mayormente de género masculino, egresa medianamente preparado para ejercer la profesión. Se capacita permanentemente en cursos de larga duración y/o diplomados para post título y en maestrías para post grado. El medio laboral es el urbano, dedicando en promedio 7.4 horas diarias a su ejercicio con una remuneración salarial promedio de 2772.43 nuevos soles, entre otroses_PE
dc.description.abstractObjective: The present research is of descriptive cross - sectional type, aimed to determine the level of satisfaction with the university welfare program of students, teachers and administrative staff of the Faculty of Stomatology of the National University of Trujillo, 2016. Material and methods: The sample consisted of 109 students of both genders, 9 administrative and 16 teachers, who were given a validated questionnaire and were selected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Results: The results obtained in the level of student satisfaction with the university welfare program were very high in 0.9%, high in 20.2%, indeterminate in 66% and low in 12% and very low in 0.9%. The level of satisfaction of teachers was between high and very high in 18.8%, indeterminate in 68.7% and between low and very low was 12.5%. The level of satisfaction of the administrative staff was between high and very high in 11.1%, undetermined in 88.9% and between low and very low in 0%. Conclusion: The level of satisfaction of the students, teachers and administrative staff of the Faculty of Stomatology of the National University of Trujillo in 2016 was indeterminatees_PE
