dc.description.abstractEl objetivo de esta investigación fue determinar la relación que existe entre la planificación estratégica institucional y modernización de la gestión pública en la municipalidad provincial de Sánchez Carrión, 2021. El tipo de estudio fue básico, de nivel descriptivo correlacional, con un enfoque de investigación cuantitativo, así mismo el diseño del estudio fue no experimental. La muestra estuvo conformada por 235 trabajadores de la MPSC. El instrumento de recolección de datos fue un cuestionario tipo escala de Likert. La validación del instrumento estuvo conformada mediante el juicio de dos expertos en el área de gestión pública. Para una mejor compresión de los datos obtenidos se realizaron tablas y figuras mediante Excel 2019, así mismo para la prueba de normalidad, coeficiente de correlación Rho de Spearman y contrastación de hipótesis se usó el programa estadístico SPSS V26. La investigación concluye mediante los valores del coeficiente de correlación Rho de que existe una relación positiva y moderada entre las variables de planificación estratégica institucional y modernización de la gestión pública en la municipalidad provincial de Sánchez Carrión, 2021.
dc.description.abstractABTRACT The objective of this research was to determine the relationship between institutional strategic planning and modernisation of public management in the provincial municipality of Sánchez Carrión, 2021. The type of study was basic, descriptive correlational, with a quantitative research approach, as well as, the study design was non-experimental. The sample consisted of 235 MPSC workers. The data collection instrument was a Likert scale questionnaire. The validation of the instrument was based on the judgement of two experts in the area of public management. For a better understanding of the data obtained was used the program Excel 2019 to create tables and figures, and the SPSS V26 statistical programme was used for the normality test, Spearman's Rho correlation coefficient and hypothesis testing. he research concludes through the values of Spearman's Rho correlation rs=0.660 that there is a positive and moderate relationship between the variables of institutional strategic planning and modernisation of public management in the provincial municipality of Sánchez Carrión, 2021.
