dc.descriptionThe present investigation is a market study, longitudinal, comparative, experimental and type clinical test controlled and crossed; which has been developed to compare the clinical efficiency of a resinous seal and a flow resin in the sealed of Pits and Fissures in the children's second molar deciduas from 6 to 9 years. This study was realized in the students of the Educational Experimental Institution Rafael Narváez Cadenillas of the city of Trujillo, during the year 2014. The results were 100 % of efficiency in the day that concluded the treatment for both materials; three months later 90 % of efficiency for the flow resin and 50 % for the resinous seal; and six months later 55 % of efficiency for the flow resin and 40 % for the resinous seal. It concludes the efficiency of the flow resin and of the resinous seal are similar across the time. Significant difference does not exist between both materials.es_PE
dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación es un estudio prospectivo, de corte longitudinal, comparativo, experimental y tipo ensayo clínico controlado y cruzado; el cual ha sido desarrollada para comparar la eficacia clínica de un sellante resinoso y una resina fluida en el sellado de Fosas y Fisuras en segundas molares deciduas de niños de 6 a 9 años. Este estudio fue realizado en los escolares de la Institución Educativa Experimental Rafael Narváez Cadenillas de la ciudad de Trujillo, durante el año 2014. Los resultados obtenidos fueron 100% de eficacia al término del tratamiento para ambos materiales; a los tres meses 90% de eficacia para la resina fluida y 50% para el sellante resinoso; y a los seis meses 55% de eficacia para la resina fluida y 40% para el sellante resinoso. Se concluye en que la eficacia de la resina fluida y del sellante resinoso es similar a través del tiempo, no habiendo diferencia significativa entre ambos materiales.es_PE
