    This project seeks to demonstrate that you can strengthen the prevention culture by implementing a program of Behavior Based Safety in Agro Industrial Paramonga S.A.A., aimed at the reduction of unsafe behavior and consequently to reduce the accident rate. Considering the importance of occupational safety and health at work now and the possibility of implementing a security program like this, this project aimed at sections of the company factory began identifying their problems based reality through a related study tricondicional theory to safe behavior: ability to work safely, to work safely and wanting to work safely. Following this, they carry out the process to implement a behavior-based safety, following the model Antecedent - Behaviour - Consequence. At this stage the observers leaders are determined, observation methodology to be used and the detected observations are recorded and then applying feedback on the partner and generate commitments for improvement. The study ends with the dissemination of results to the areas involved and evaluation of program adjustment.
