Item Automatización del sistema de dosificación del líquido de gobierno en la producción de conservas para empresas agroindustriales para reducir tiempos de llenado y pérdidas en el proceso(Universidad Nacional de Trujillo, 2016) Loyola Betancourt, Martin Frank; Chávez Terrones, Breynner OliverThis research work has as objective determine the characteristics of an automatic liquid dosing system for agro industrial conserves that allows the reducing of wastes and dosing time, so a study was done to design and implement this liquid dosing system whose results are shown throughout this report. In support of the study, we performed a collection of information that provides basic concepts of the different component parts of the whole liquid dosing system and a collection of some important parameters that that should be considered for proper operation. Then, we studied and analyzed the current problematic reality in terms of wastes and dosing time of the current manual dosing systems that exist in agroindustry in the region. After that we present all the steps followed in the design of automatic dosing system, which include mechanical design, electric- electronic and control system design, and the results of the design that satisfies the requirements of our dosing system are presented. Also, we designed a PC interface that allowed to enter parameters and to observe the behavior of the system in real time during test execution. In the last part, the results of the system designed are presented, analyzed, discussed and compared with manual dosing in terms of dosing time and wastes. Finally, it is concluded that the automatic dosing system designed in this research work allows dosing volumes from 10 to 380 milliliters, in a time that is in the range from 250 to 2500 milliseconds, with a maximum error of ± 3 milliliters, allowing reduce the wastes up to 99.07% and the dosing times up to 608 milliseconds.
