    El impacto de la informalidad laboral en la motivación de los trabajadores del Centro Comercial "El Virrey" del distrito de Trujillo.

    The present research is to demonstrate "The Impact of Labor Informality in Workers' Motivation Mall" The Viceroy "Trujillo District". The research problem is referred to the following question: How Labor Informality affects the motivation of workers of the Mall "The Viceroy" Trujillo? Whose hypothesis is: The informality negatively influence the motivation of workers Shopping Center "the Viceroy" of Trujillo. Highlighting study variables: Labor informality as the independent variable and dependent variable and motivation of workers, descriptive design was used, and the following methods: Deductive-inductive synthetic, analytical and statistical. The study population consisted of 672trabajadores similar number serving in stores or from stand’s which established a representative sample of 103 hundred and three workers of the Mall "The Viceroy" of Trujillo. Technique was applied as the survey data collection. By the results, we can see that the Labor Informality negatively influence the motivation of workers of the Mall "The Viceroy" Trujillo City. With this research report concluded according to job characteristics, public policies must be developed to facilitate regional and local labor formalization, promoting economic development of the area under working conditions more regularized and supervised by the state
