Abstract
El presente trabajo se ha realizado con el fin de determinar la influencia del coaching en el liderazgo de la Asociación Cultural Creeando en la provincia de Trujillo, 2020. El problema formulado fue: ¿Cuál es la influencia del coaching en el liderazgo de la Asociación Cultural Creeando, provincia de Trujillo 2020? Y se planteó como hipótesis: El coaching influirá positivamente en el liderazgo de la Asociación Cultural Creeando, provincia de Trujillo, 2020. Asimismo, el objetivo general fue: Determinar la influencia del coaching en el liderazgo de la Asociación Cultural Creeando en la provincia de Trujillo, 2020. Se contó con una población igual a la muestra de 18 colaboradores. El diseño de la investigación es experimental, específicamente pre experimental. En cuanto a la técnica que se utilizó fue la encuesta y como instrumento el cuestionario. Se obtuvo como resultado que existe una influencia positiva entre el coaching y el liderazgo en la asociación Cultural Creeando. Se concluyó que, sí existe una influencia positiva entre el coaching y el liderazgo en la asociación Cultural Creeando, según los resultados obtenidos en la presente investigación.
ABSTRACT The present work has been carried out in order to determine the influence of coaching on the leadership of the Cultural Association Creeando in the province of Trujillo, 2020. The problem formulated was: What is the influence of coaching on the leadership of the Cultural Association Creeando, province of Trujillo 2020? There was a population equal to the sample of 18 collaborators. The research design is experimental, specifically pre-experimental. Regarding the technique that was used, it was the survey and the questionnaire as an instrument. It was obtained as a result that there is a positive influence between coaching and leadership in the Cultural Creeando association. It was concluded that there is a positive influence between coaching and leadership in the Cultural Creeando association, according to the results obtained in this research.
