dc.description.abstractEl trabajo se realizó para determinar la incidencia del presupuesto participativo en la gestión administrativa de la Municipalidad Provincial de Trujillo, año 2021. El problema fue: ¿Cuál es la incidencia del presupuesto participativo en la gestión administrativa de la Municipalidad Provincial de Trujillo, año 2021? La hipótesis fue: El presupuesto participativo tiene incidencia positiva en la gestión administrativa de la Municipalidad Provincial de Trujillo, año 2021. El diseño fue no experimental de tipo transversal – explicativo, se utilizó la técnica de la encuesta con su instrumento el cuestionario. Los métodos utilizados fueron: Inductivo y descriptivo. La población y muestra fueron los 30 trabajadores de la Municipalidad Provincial de Trujillo. Se concluyó que el presupuesto participativo tiene incidencia positiva en la gestión administrativa de la Municipalidad Provincial de Trujillo, año 2021, de acuerdo con la data recopilada por medio de la prueba estadística Chi-cuadrado que permitió validar la información.
dc.description.abstractABSTRACT The work was carried out to determine the incidence of the participatory budget in the administrative management of the Provincial Municipality of Trujillo, year 2021. The problem was: What is the incidence of the participatory budget in the administrative management of the Provincial Municipality of Trujillo, year 2021? The hypothesis was: The participatory budget has a positive impact on the administrative management of the Provincial Municipality of Trujillo, year 2021. The design was non-experimental of a transversal - explanatory type, the survey technique was used with its questionnaire instrument. The methods used were: inductive and descriptive. The population and sample were the 30 workers of the Provincial Municipality of Trujillo. It was concluded that the participatory budget has a positive impact on the administrative management of the Provincial Municipality of Trujillo, year 2021, according to the data collected through the chi-square statistical test that allowed validating the information.
