Abstract
El presente estudio titulado cultura organizacional y compromiso organizacional en los servidores públicos de la Municipalidad Distrital de El Porvenir, 2022, planteó como objetivo general el determinar la relación que existe entre la cultura organizacional y el compromiso organizacional en los servidores públicos de la Municipalidad Distrital de El Porvenir, 2022. Para el logro del objetivo se administró el cuestionario; el cuál se aplicó a los servidores públicos de la Municipalidad Distrital de El Porvenir compuesto por 16 ítems para la variable cultura organizacional y de 18 ítems para la variable compromiso organizacional. Dicho instrumento fue administrado a 147 servidores públicos, siendo un estudio correlacional y no experimental. El principal resultado fue que el coeficiente de correlación entre las variables de estudio resultó un valor de 0,467, con un nivel de significancia menor que 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05), con lo cual se acepta la hipótesis alternativa: Existe relación directa y significativa entre la cultura organizacional y el compromiso organizacional en los servidores públicos de la Municipalidad Distrital de El Porvenir, 2022. La principal conclusión fue la existencia de una correlación positiva muy significativa entre la cultura organizacional y el compromiso organizacional en los servidores públicos de la Municipalidad Distrital de El Porvenir, 2022, siendo el coeficiente Rho de Spearman de 0,467, con nivel de significancia del 5%.
ABSTRACT The present study entitled organizational culture and organizational commitment in the public servants of the District Municipality of El Porvenir, 2022, had the general objective of determining the relationship between organizational culture and organizational commitment in the public servants of the District Municipality of El Porvenir, 2022. To achieve this objective, a questionnaire was administered to public servants of the District Municipality of El Porvenir, composed of 16 items for the organizational culture variable and 18 items for the organizational commitment variable. This instrument was administered to 147 public servants, being a correlational and non-experimental study. The main result was that the correlation coefficient between the study variables resulted in a value of 0.467, with a significance level lower than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05), thus accepting the alternative hypothesis: There is a direct and significant relationship between organizational culture and organizational commitment in the public servants of the District Municipality of El Porvenir, 2022. The main conclusion was the existence of a highly significant positive correlation between organizational culture and organizational commitment in the public servants of the District Municipality of El Porvenir, 2022, with Spearman's Rho coefficient of 0.467, with a significance level of 5%.
