dc.description.abstractLa empresa ARIESTHEF EIRL. dedicada a la venta de útiles escolares, papelería y mercería; nos muestra una realidad deficiente del control de inventarios, debido a su planificación y organización, reflejándose directamente en la gestión de pedidos causando un impacto en los resultados mensuales del stock de mercaderías. El objetivo general fue determinar la relación que existe entre control de inventarios y la gestión de stock en la librería papelería & mercería ARIESTHEF EIRL Trujillo, 2023. De esta manera se justificó que el control de inventarios mejorará la gestión de stock de la empresa. Se aplicó el diseño de investigación no experimental, con un enfoque cuantitativo y un alcance descriptivo correlacional transversal; cuya población muestral estuvo conformada por 13 colaboradores del ente, a quienes se aplicó como técnica las encuestas y como instrumento el cuestionario. Quienes fueron validados a juicios de expertos para medir la validez y la confiabilidad se aplicó el alfa de Cronbach mostrando un excelente grado de confiabilidad del 91%; Por otro lado, se realizó una prueba de hipótesis utilizando SPSS versión 26 y se encontró que existe una relación significativa entre el control de inventario y gestión de stock de la empresa ARIESTHEF EIRL, con un coeficiente r=0.767.
dc.description.abstractABSTRACT The company ARIESTHEF EIRL. dedicated to the sale of school supplies, stationery and haberdashery; shows us a poor reality of inventory control, due to its planning and organization, directly reflected in the management of orders causing an impact on the monthly results of the stock of merchandise. The general objective was to determine the relationship that exists between inventory control and stock management in the stationery & haberdashery bookstore ARIESTHEF EIRL Trujillo, 2023. In this way, it was justified that inventory control will improve the company's stock management. The non-experimental research design was applied, with a quantitative approach and a cross-sectional correlational descriptive scope; whose sample population was made up of 13 collaborators of the entity, to whom the surveys were applied as a technique and the questionnaire as an instrument. Those who were validated through expert judgments to measure validity and reliability, Cronbach's alpha was applied, showing an excellent degree of reliability of 91%; On the other hand, a hypothesis test was carried out using SPSS version 26 and it was found that there is a significant relationship between inventory control and stock management of the company ARIESTHEF EIRL, with a coefficient r=0.767.
