Abstract
Este trabajo de investigación tiene como objeto de estudio determinar la relación existente entre las habilidades directivas y el desempeño laboral de los colaboradores de la empresa Repuestos Generales L&G S.A.C., 2022, debido a que se observó ciertas deficiencias desarrollo de las habilidades directivas de los colaboradores y esto conlleva a que su desempeño baje. El trabajo de investigación por su orientación es de tipo aplicada, con diseño no experimental de corte transeccional, tipo descriptivo – correlacional con enfoque cuantitativo porque la información fue recolectada en un tiempo específico, en este caso el año 2022 y además se basó en la observación de los contextos que ya existían en la empresa. Finalmente, se llegó a la conclusión de existe relación positiva media entre la variable la habilidades directivas y desempeño laboral en la empresa la cual fue determinada por el coeficiente de correlación de Pearson de 0.570 y validada por una significancia de 0.001.
ABSTRACT This research work aims to determine the relationship between the management skills and the work performance of the employees of the company Repuestos Generales L&G S.A.C., 2022, because certain deficiencies will be obtained in the development of the management skills of the employees and this leads to a drop in performance. The research work, due to its orientation, is of an applied type, with a non-experimental design of a transectional nature, a descriptive - correlational type with a quantitative approach because the information was collected at a specific time, in this case the year 2022 and was also based on observation, of the contexts that already existed in the company. Finally, it was concluded that there is a medium positive relationship between the variable of management skills and job performance in the company, which was determined by the Pearson rating coefficient of 0.570 and validated by a significance of 0.001.
