| dc.description.abstract | El desarrollo del presente trabajo de investigación, se hizo teniendo como entidad de estudio a la Municipalidad Distrital de Marcabal, siendo su principal objetivo determinar la incidencia de la Gestión logística en la Gestión Administrativa de la Municipalidad Distrital de Marcabal, se utilizó el método Hipotético–deductivo, la investigación realizada es descriptiva, de acuerdo a su alcance es de tipo causal explicativa, no experimental, con un enfoque cuantitativo, se utilizó la encuesta como técnica de investigación, para medir la confiabilidad de los instrumentos de recolección de datos, se aplicó el Alpha de Cronbach, obteniéndose 0.900 para el instrumento de recolección de datos de ambas variables, y para la variable Gestión logística un alfa igual 0.746, la variable Gestión administrativa se encontró un alfa igual a 0.927; la población estuvo conformada por 77 servidores, no se trabajó con muestra en esta investigación, se aplicó el instrumento de recolección de datos, y con los datos obtenidos se pudo cumplir con los objetivos de la tesis, comprobar la hipótesis de investigación a través del coeficiente de correlación de Spearman, e indicadores estadísticos determinando como resultado principal que, la prueba chi cuadrado señala un valor de 18,488 la cual es mayor al Chi tabular con 4 grados de libertad (9,488), lo que demuestra un nivel de dependencia la Gestión Logística en la Gestión Administrativa, por lo que se concluyó que, la Gestión Logística incide positivamente en la Gestión administrativa de la Municipalidad distrital de Marcabal 2022, en pandemia. | |
| dc.description.abstract | ABSTRACT The development of this research work was carried out having the District Municipality of Marcabal as a study entity, its main objective being to determine the incidence of Logistics Management in the Administrative Management of the District Municipality of Marcabal, the Hypothetical-method was used. deductive, the research carried out is descriptive, according to its scope it is of an explanatory causal type, not experimental, with a quantitative approach, the survey was used as a research technique, to measure the reliability of the data collection instruments, it was applied the Cronbach's Alpha, obtaining 0.900 for the data collection instrument of both variables, and for the Logistics Management variable an alpha equal to 0.746, the Administrative Management variable an alpha equal to 0.927 was found; the population was made up of 77 servers, we did not work with a sample in this research, the data collection instrument was applied, and with the data obtained it was possible to meet the objectives of the thesis, verify the research hypothesis through the coefficient Spearman's correlation, and statistical indicators determining as the main result that the chi square test indicates a value of 18,488 which is greater than the Chi tabular with 4 degrees of freedom (9,488), which demonstrates a level of dependence on Logistics Management in Administrative Management, for which it was concluded that Logistics Management has a positive impact on the Administrative Management of the District Municipality of Marcabal 2022, in a pandemic. | |
