Abstract
La presente tesis tiene como objetivo general, establecer la relación que existe entre la administración de remuneraciones y el desempeño laboral del Consorcio ELA E.I.R.L., Ciudad de Huamachuco, 2022. Cuyo problema de investigación fue: ¿Qué relación existe entre la administración de remuneraciones y el rendimiento laboral de ELA E.I.R.L. Consorcio, ciudad de Huamachuco, 2022? El diseño de investigación utilizado fue no experimental, transeccional o transcorrelacional. La población de estudio estuvo conformada por asesores de ventas que son un total de 13, los mismos que forman parte de la muestra. Para la recolección de datos se utilizó la técnica de la encuesta y el análisis documental, siendo los instrumentos el cuestionario y la ficha de análisis respectivamente. Entre los resultados se encuentra que la administración de las remuneraciones es calificada como regular por parte del personal, ya que no se encuentran muy satisfechos con lo que se les paga, como salario e incentivos. Asimismo, el desempeño laboral califica en un nivel regular, ya que el personal individualmente, unos se destacan más que otros, y en equipo, en promedio es regular. Concluyendo que la administración de la remuneración está directamente relacionada con el desempeño laboral de la ELA E.I.R.L. Consorcio; según el Coeficiente de Correlación de Pearson, con un valor de 0.721 y un nivel de significancia de 0.005, es decir, ante una buena administración salarial se logrará un buen nivel de desempeño.
ABSTRACT The present thesis has as a general objective, to establish the relationship that exists between the administration of remunerations and the labor performance of the Consorcio ELA E.I.R.L., City of Huamachuco, 2022. Whose research problem was: What relationship exists between the administration of remunerations and the performance employment of the Ela E.I.R.L. Consortium, city of Huamachuco, 2022? The research design used was non-experimental, transectional or cross-correlational. The study population was made up of sales advisors that are a total of 13, the same ones that are part of the sample. For data collection, the survey technique and documentary analysis were used, the instruments being the questionnaire and analysis sheet respectively. Among the results, it is found that the administration of remunerations is qualified as regular by the staff, since they are not very satisfied with what they are paid, such as salary and incentives. Likewise, work performance qualifies at a regular level, since the staff individually, some stand out more than others, and as a team, on average it is regular. Concluding that the administration of remuneration is directly related to the work performance of the ELA E.I.R.L. Consortium; according to Pearson's Correlation Coefficient, with a value of 0.721 and a significance level of 0.005, that is, in the face of good salary administration, a good level of performance will be achieved.
