Abstract
El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo principal determinar la influencia de las habilidades gerenciales en el comportamiento organizacional del personal de Lab. Agrícola SAC, Trujillo 2022. Por ello, se realizó un estudio no experimental con un diseño descriptivo de corte transversal de tipo causal. La población estuvo constituida por 20 colaboradores, quienes fueron considerados como la muestra, por ser una población finita pequeña ellos. A cada uno de los elementos de la muestra se les aplicó dos encuestas mediante el uso del cuestionario de habilidades gerenciales y del cuestionario de comportamiento organizacional. Dichos cuestionarios fueron validados mediante juicio de expertos y por la prueba de fiabilidad Alfa de Cronbach. La investigación concluye que las habilidades gerenciales influyen de manera positiva fuerte y significativa en el comportamiento organizacional del personal de Lab. Agrícola SAC, Trujillo 2022; información obtenida gracias a la prueba no paramétrica chi cuadrado, la cual arrojó un nivel de significancia de 0.000 y la V de Cramer que arrojó un resultado de 1.000.
ABSTRACT The main objective of this research work is to determine the influence of management skills on the organizational behavior of the staff of Lab. Agrícola SAC, Trujillo 2022. Therefore, a non-experimental study was carried out with a cross-sectional descriptive causal design. . The population was made up of 20 collaborators, who were considered as the sample, since they were a small finite population. Two surveys were administered to each of the elements in the sample using the management skills questionnaire and the organizational behavior questionnaire. These questionnaires were validated by expert judgment and by the Cronbach's Alpha reliability test. The research concludes that management skills positively and significantly influence the organizational behavior of Lab staff.
