| dc.description.abstract | Este trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo, Plantear un Modelo Balanced Scorecard para la mejora de la gestión operativa de Farmacia Latina, teniendo en cuenta las cuatro perspectivas financiera, de clientes, procesos internos y aprendizaje e identificar los indicadores para cada una de estas, determinando los ajustes necesarios en la gestión de operaciones, para acercarse al logro de objetivos establecidos, con esta herramienta valiosa del Balanced Scorecard nos proyectamos a los resultados y verificamos la implicancia sobre la variable dependiente, Gestión operativa de la Farmacia Latina y el análisis comparativo de los indicadores de las dimensiones: Gestión de Output: eficacia y Calidad de los Productos y servicios, Gestión de Input: nivel de consumo y costo de los recursos e índices de productividad y Cumplimiento de los procedimientos, en los tres escenarios planteados: base, conservador y optimista, a fin de comprobar la importancia de esta herramienta y hacer de su uso una guía para la mejora de la gestión operativa de Farmacia Latina. El tipo de investigación aplicada, según el nivel y alcance de investigación es explicativa, el diseño de investigación de campo intensiva transversal, se utilizó un método inductivo deductivo con enfoque mixto teniendo como técnicas: la entrevista, análisis documental, observación, comparación, encuesta. Con este trabajo llegamos a la conclusión el BSC planteado tuvo como fin darle las pautas y camino trazado para el logro eficaz de sus objetivos que se enfocan en la satisfacción plena del cliente y la expansión de la marca Latina. | |
| dc.description.abstract | ABSTRACT The objective of this research work was to propose a Balanced Scorecard Model to improve the operational management of Latina drugstore, taking into account the four financial, customer, internal processes and learning perspectives and identify the indicators for each of these, determining the necessary adjustments in the management of operations, to get closer to achieving established objectives, with this valuable tool of the Balanced Scorecard we project ourselves to the results and verify the implication on the dependent variable, Operational management of the Latina drugstore and the comparative analysis of the indicators of the dimensions: Output Management: effectiveness and Quality of Products and services, Input Management: level of consumption and cost of resources and productivity indices and Compliance with procedures, in the three scenarios proposed: base, conservative and optimistic, a in order to verify the importance of this tool and make its use a guide for improving the operational management of Latina drugstore. The type of applied research, according to the level and scope of research, is explanatory, the design of intensive cross-sectional field research, an inductive-deductive method with a mixed approach was used, having as techniques: interview, documentary analysis, observation, comparison, survey. With this work we came to the conclusion that the proposed BSC was intended to provide the guidelines and path outlined for the effective achievement of its objectives that focus on full customer satisfaction and the expansion of the Latina brand. | |
