Abstract
El desarrollo de la presente investigación, se realizó teniendo como entidad de estudio a la empresa Agroberries Perú S.A.C., ubicada en la Provincia de Viru, Departamento de La Libertad, teniendo como objetivo principal Determinar la incidencia de la responsabilidad social empresarial en el Engagement laboral, la investigación realizada de acuerdo a su alcance es de tipo descriptiva, no experimental, con diseño no experimental, se utilizó el Método Hipotético–Deductivo, como técnica para la recopilación de datos se utilizó la encuesta, para determinar la confiabilidad de los instrumentos, se aplicó el método Alpha de Cronbach, obteniéndose 0.825 para el instrumento de recolección de datos de ambas variables, y para la variable Responsabilidad Social Empresarial un alfa igual 0.788, la variable Engagement Laboral se encontró un alfa igual a 0.756; la población estuvo conformada por 312 trabajadores y se trabajó con la muestra de 172 trabajadores, a dicha población se le aplicó el instrumento de recolección de datos, y con los datos obtenidos se cumplió con los objetivos de la investigación, se contrastó la hipótesis, elaboro las conclusiones y planteo las recomendaciones, teniendo como principal conclusión que, existe incidencia positiva de la responsabilidad social empresarial en el Engagement laboral.

The research carried out according to its scope is descriptive, non-experimental, with a non-experimental design, the Hypothetical-Deductive Method was used, as a technique for data collection, the survey was used, to determine the reliability of the instruments, Cronbach's Alpha method was applied, obtaining 0.825 for the data collection instrument for both variables, and for the Corporate Social Responsibility variable an alpha equal to 0.788, for the Labor Engagement variable an alpha equal to 0.756 was found; The population was made up of 312 workers and we worked with the sample of 172 workers, the data collection instrument was applied to said population, and with the data obtained the objectives of the research were met, the hypothesis was contrasted, I developed the conclusions and present the recommendations, with the main conclusion being that there is a positive impact of corporate social responsibility on labor engagement.
