Abstract
La presente investigación tuvo como escenario la empresa Fertilizantes & Agroquímicos Paulita E.I.R.L. ubicada en la provincia de Chepén. EL objetivo principal es determinar la manera en que la capacitación continua se relaciona con el desempeño de la fuerza de ventas de la empresa Fertilizantes & agroquímicos paulita EIRL – Chepén,2023. Bajo un diseño metodológico no experimental descriptiva – correlacional, con un enfoque cuantitativo. La población y muestra estuvo compuesta por 18 colaboradores. La técnica que se utilizó fue la encuesta a través de su instrumento el cuestionario. Se tuvo como resultado que existe una relación positiva alta de r= 0.823 con un nivel de significancia de ,001 menor al 5%. Por lo tanto, se infiere, que existe una relación significativa entre dichas variables; a mayor capacitación continua mayor será el desempeño de la fuerza de ventas.
