| dc.description.abstract | El presente informe asumió como problema de investigación el siguiente enunciado: ¿De qué manera los créditos financieros mype mejoran la calidad de servicios en las instituciones educativas particulares de la Ciudad de Trujillo: 2020?, para lo cual se formuló la siguiente hipótesis: “Los créditos financieros mype mejoran de manera significativa la calidad de servicio de las instituciones educativas particulares de la ciudad de Trujillo: 2020”. Razón que llevó a plantearse como objetivo general el “Determinar si los créditos financieros mype mejoran la calidad de servicios de las instituciones educativas particulares de la ciudad de Trujillo: 2020”. Se tuvo como población de estudio 75 instituciones educativas particulares de Trujillo. Así mismo, también está conformado por todas las entidades de crédito formales que prestan asistencia crediticia a estas pequeñas unidades económicas, resultando como muestra 20 instituciones educativas particulares MYPE del distrito de Trujillo, los cuales fueron encuestados utilizando como instrumento de recolección de datos un cuestionario de elaboración propia. La investigación llegó a la siguiente conclusión: “Los Créditos Financieros MYPE mejoran de manera significativa la calidad de servicios de las Instituciones educativas particulares de la Ciudad de Trujillo: 2020, lo cual se comprobó con los resultados obtenidos al aplicar la encuesta”. | |
| dc.description.abstract | ABSTRACT The present report assumed as a research problem the following statement: In what way do mype financial credits improve the quality of services of private educational institutions in the City of Trujillo: 2020? for which the following hypothesis was formulated: “The mype financial credits significantly improve the quality of service of private educational institutions in the city of Trujillo: 2020”. Reason that led to the general objective of “Determining if mype financial credits improve the quality of services of private educational institutions in the city of Trujillo: 2020”. The study population was 75 private educational institutions in Trujillo. On the other hand, it is also made up of all formal credit institutions that provide credit assistance to these small economic units, resulting in a sample of 20 private MYPE educational institutions of the Trujillo district, which were surveyed using a data collection instrument as a sample. self-elaborated questionnaire.
