Abstract
Para el desarrollo de la presente investigación, se hizo teniendo como entidad de estudio a la UGEL Sánchez Carrión - 2022, ubicada en la ciudad de Huamachuco - Provincia de Sánchez Carrión Departamento de La Libertad, teniendo como objetivo general Establecer la incidencia del Estrés laboral en el Desempeño laboral en un contexto postpandemia, en la UGEL Sánchez Carrión - 2022, la investigación realizada de acuerdo a su alcance es de tipo descriptiva, no experimental, con diseño causal – explicativo, se utilizó el Método Hipotético–Deductivo, como técnicas para la recopilación de datos se utilizó la encuesta y la revisión documental, para determinar la validez de los instrumentos de recolección de datos, se utilizó el método Juicio de expertos, con la participación de 03 especialistas en el tema, asimismo para la confiabilidad de los instrumentos, se aplicó el método Alpha de Cronbach, obteniéndose 0.932 para el instrumento de recolección de datos de ambas variables, para la variable Estrés laboral un alfa igual 0.963, la variable Desempeño laboral se encontró un alfa igual a 0.837; la población estuvo conformada por 56 servidores y no se trabajó con muestra, a dicha población se le aplicó el instrumento de recolección de datos, y con los datos obtenidos se cumplió con los objetivos de la investigación, se contrastó la hipótesis, se elaboró las conclusiones y plantearon los recomendaciones, teniendo como principal resultado que, la variable estrés laboral no incide en la variable desempeño laboral, por lo que, según los resultados de las pruebas de Chi – cuadrado se concluye que no hay significancia. Por lo tanto, se afirma que: El estrés laboral No incide en el desempeño laboral en un contexto postpandemia, en la UGEL Sánchez Carrión - 2022.

Therefore, it is stated that: Work stress does not affect job performance in a post-pandemic context, in the UGEL Sánchez Carrión - 2022.
