dc.description.abstractEl siguiente informe de suficiencia laboral tiene como objetivo proponer las estrategias para mejorar el acceso de las personas con discapacidad severa al PROGRAMA CONTIGO en la Municipalidad Provincial Sánchez Carrión. De acuerdo al análisis realizado la causa que generó que las personas con discapacidad muchas veces no hayan conocido de la importancia del Programa contigo, siendo una de ellas el seguimiento a cada caso de discapacidad de los diversos sectores de la MPSC y saber de sus necesidades, escucharlos y estar pendiente de ellos, pues es la única forma de actuar e identificarse en cada caso por parte de este programa y de esta forma decepcionar las necesidades de los beneficiarios y poder saber que solución habría para no afectar su calidad de vida. El total de personas con discapacidad severa afiliados al programa CONTIGO en la MPSC en el año 2025 son 283 personas, de las cuales el 65.02% (184) son mayores de edad y el 34.98% (99). De las personas que nos menores de edad. el 56.57% (56) son de sexo masculino y el 43.43% (43) son de sexo femenino. Los mayores de edad el 50.54% (93) es de sexo masculino y el 49.46% (91) son de sexo femenino. De las personas con discapacidad severa afiliada al programa CONTIGO de la MPSC en el 2025, el 97.88% tiene el estado de CONTINUADOR y el 2.12% tiene el estado de REINCORPORADO.
dc.description.abstractABSTRTACT: he following labor sufficiency report aims to propose strategies to improve the access of people with severe disabilities to the CONTIGO PROGRAM in the Sánchez Carrión Provincial Municipality. According to the analysis carried out, the cause that generated that people with disabilities have often not known the importance of the Contí Program, being one of them the follow-up to each case of disability of the various sectors of the MPSC and knowing their needs, listening to them and being aware of them, since it is the only way to act and identify in each case by this program and in this way disappoint the needs of the beneficiaries and be able to know what solution there would be so as not to affect their quality of life. The total number of people with severe disabilities affiliated with the CONTIGO program in the MPSC in the year 2025 are 283 people, of which 65.02% (184) are adults and 34.98% (99). Of the people who are not minors. 56.57% (56) are male and 43.43% (43) are female. Of the adults, 50.54% (93) are male and 49.46% (91) are female. Of the severely disabled people affiliated with the MPSC CONTIGO program in 2025, 97.88% have the status of CONTINUADOR and 2.12% have the status of REINCORPORATED.
