Abstract
La presente investigación, tuvo como entidad de estudio a la Empresa INGESA S.A.C. de la ciudad de Huamachuco, empresa dedicada al rubro de la construcción, servicios de obras de saneamiento, redes de agua y desagüe, redes eléctricas en general, tuvo como como objetivo general Analizar la incidencia de la responsabilidad social interna en el engagement laboral en la Empresa INGESA S.A.C., Huamachuco 2022, la investigación realizada de acuerdo a su alcance es de tipo descriptiva, no experimental, con diseño explicativo, se utilizó el Método Inductivo–Deductivo, Método Hipotético–Deductivo, como técnica para la recopilación de datos se utilizó la encuesta, para determinar la confiabilidad de los instrumentos, se aplicó el método Alpha de Cronbach, obteniéndose 0,925 para el instrumento de recolección de datos de ambas variables, y para la variable responsabilidad social interna un alfa igual 0,957, la variable nivel engagement laboral se encontró un alfa igual a 0,800; la población estuvo conformada por 38 colaboradores y, no se trabajó con muestra debido al tamaño de la población, aplicándose los instrumentos de recolección a la población, y con los datos obtenidos se cumplió con desarrollar los objetivos de la investigación, se contrastó la hipótesis, se elaboraron las conclusiones y se plantearon las recomendaciones, se tuvo como resultado principal que, describe los resultados de la medida de los niveles de cada variable, existe incidencia positiva entre la variable responsabilidad social interna con la variable engagement laboral, por lo que la conclusión principal señala que, la variable independiente influye positivamente en la variable dependiente.
ABSTRACT For the development and preparation of this research, the Company INGESA S.A.C was used as the study entity. of the city of Huamachuco, a company dedicated to the field of construction, sanitation works services, water and drainage networks, electrical networks in general, had the general objective of Analyzing the incidence of internal social responsibility on work engagement in the Company INGESA S.A.C., Huamachuco 2022, the research carried out according to its scope is descriptive, non-experimental, with an explanatory design, the Inductive-Deductive Method, Hypothetical-Deductive Method, as a technique for data collection, the survey, to determine the reliability of the instruments, the Cronbach's Alpha method was applied, obtaining 0.925 for the data collection instrument of both variables, and for the Internal Social Responsibility variable an alpha equal to 0.957, the variable Work Engagement Level was found an alpha equal to 0.800; The population was made up of 38 collaborators and, we did not work with a sample due to the size of the population, the collection instruments were applied to the population, and with the data obtained, the objectives of the research were met, the hypothesis was contrasted, The conclusions were drawn up and the recommendations were made, the main result was that, with the main thing being that, there is a positive impact between the internal social responsibility variable with the work engagement variable, so the main conclusion indicates that the independent variable influences positively on the dependent variable.
