| dc.description.abstract | El siguiente informe de suficiencia laboral tiene como objetivo general implementar el control de inventarios para mejorar la calidad de servicio en la empresa Tiendas Tía SAC. Entre sus principales problemas tiene la inexistencia de procesos de control de las salidas e ingresos de los productos a almacén ya que no tienen establecido directrices que les permitan sostenerse en el tiempo y que estén plasmados en documentos, así mismo poseen deficiencias en el registro de información de los comprobantes de pago y documentos relacionados a estos en las entradas y salidas de mercadería en su departamento de almacén. Los resultados indicaron que el inventario tiene un faltante de S/ 58,117.77 y una exactitud de inventario de 90.37% al 30.06.2023. Después de la implementación se tiene un faltante de S/ 1,048.88 y una exactitud de inventario de 99.84% al 31.12.2023. Como conclusión principal la implementación del control de inventario mejora la calidad de servicio en Tiendas Tía SAC de la ciudad de Trujillo, el nivel bueno paso de 10.67% a 57.33%, lo que nos indica que la calidad de servicio aumento considerablemente. | |
| dc.description.abstract | ABSTRACT The following labor sufficiency report has the general objective of implementing inventory control to improve the quality of service in the company Tiendas Tía SAC. Among their main problems is the lack of control processes for the departure and entry of products into the warehouse since they do not have established guidelines that allow them to be sustained over time and that are reflected in documents, and they also have deficiencies in the registration of information. of payment vouchers and documents related to them in the entry and exit of merchandise in its warehouse department. The results indicated that the inventory has a shortage of S/ 58,117.77 and an inventory accuracy of 90.37% as of 06.30.2023. After implementation, there is a shortage of S/ 1,048.88 and an inventory accuracy of 99.84% as of 12/31/2023. As a main conclusion, the implementation of inventory control improves the quality of service in Tiendas Tía SAC in the city of Trujillo, the good level went from 10.67% to 57.33%, which indicates that the quality of service increased considerably. | |
