Abstract
La presente investigación tiene como propósito estudiar la relación existente entre la Administración de Almacenes y la Gestión Logística en la empresa Sintéticos Caquetá EIRL, año 2019. El problema planteado en la presente investigación fue: ¿Qué relación tiene la Administración de Almacenes en la Gestión Logística en la Empresa Sintéticos Caquetá EIRL en el distrito de El Porvenir, Trujillo – 2019?, siendo la hipótesis respectiva: “La Administración de Almacenes guarda relación directa en la Gestión de la Logística en la empresa Sintéticos Caquetá EIRL en el distrito de El Porvenir- Trujillo, año 2019”. El trabajo de investigación desarrollado utilizó el diseño No Experimental, específicamente un diseño descriptivo transeccional. Para el análisis de datos encontrados a través una encuesta de 31 preguntas realizadas a una población total de 27 colaboradores. De acuerdo a los resultados se concluye que habiendo corroborado el vínculo positivo entre la Administración de Almacenes y la Gestión de Logística en la empresa, se debe trabajar en consolidar la eficiencia del área dotando a los colaboradores de herramientas y la capacitación permanente para llevar a cabo un proceso logístico y de manejo de inventarios acorde a la visión empresarial que la empresa tiene proyectada.
ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to study the relationship between Warehouse Management and Logistics Management in the company Sintéticos Caquetá EIRL, year 2019. The problem raised in this research was: What relationship does Warehouse Management have in Warehouse Management Logistics in the Company Sintéticos Caquetá EIRL in the district of El Porvenir, Trujillo - 2019?, being the respective hypothesis: “The Warehouse Administration is directly related to the Management of Logistics in the company Sintéticos Caquetá EIRL in the district of El Porvenir - Trujillo, year 2019 ". The research work developed used the Non-Experimental design, specifically a descriptive transectional design. For the analysis of data found through a survey of 31 questions asked to a total population of 27 collaborators. According to the results, it is concluded that having corroborated the positive link between Warehouse Administration and Logistics Management in the company, work should be done to consolidate the efficiency of the area by providing employees with tools and permanent training to carry out a logistics and inventory management process according to the business vision that the company has projected.
