Abstract
ABSTRACT The following labor sufficiency report has the general objective of improving the credit evaluation to reduce the delinquency of the client portfolio of Mibanco headquarters Huamachuco 2023. The problem is that in the MiBanco Office - headquarters Huamachuco there is an increase in the number of clients that after having passed the credit evaluation, fail to comply with the stipulated payment terms and conditions and are classified within the bank's overdue portfolio. In the same order of ideas, cases can be corroborated in which the problem of late payment is due to external circumstantial factors that may be of an economic nature such as the total bankruptcy of the business, which generates as a direct consequence the non-compliance with quotas, leading to the restructuring or refinancing of credits. The high-risk portfolio went from S/ 4,726,264.85 in 2022 to S/ 4,232,271.88 in 2023, generating a reduction of S/ 493,992.97. The heavy portfolio went from S/ 1,182,540.97 in 2022 to S/ 921,569.25 in 2023, generating a reduction of S/ 260,971.72. The delinquency rate went from 8.57% in 2022 to 6.79% in 2023, generating a reduction of 1.78%.
